Olive Paste and Radish Bruschetta

Ingredients
| 2 (3/8 in) | slices French bread Baquette |
| 1 Tbsp | olive paste (olivada) |
| Minced fresh thyme | |
| 8 sliced | radishes |
Steps
- Grill or toast bread. Spread 2nd side with olive paste.
- Sprinkle with thyme. Top with radish slices and serve.
Note
Olivada is an olive spread which is available at Italian markets and specialty foods stores. If unavailable, use pureed, brine-cured black olives.
