Olive Paste and Radish Bruschetta

Ingredients

2 (3/8 in)slices French bread Baquette
1 Tbspolive paste (olivada)
Minced fresh thyme
8 slicedradishes

Steps

  1. Grill or toast bread. Spread 2nd side with olive paste.
  2. Sprinkle with thyme. Top with radish slices and serve.

Note

Olivada is an olive spread which is available at Italian markets and specialty foods stores. If unavailable, use pureed, brine-cured black olives.
