Andy's Favorite Cabbage

1 head sliced green cabbage
1 large sliced onion
3 Tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup white wine

Steps

  1. Sauté the onion and cabbage in oil over medium high heat until softened, about 10 minutes.
  2. Add wine, salt and pepper

Note

This is a magnificent dish.
